I have a board insertable into a PCI slot of a PC. If I do EMI measurement of the PC with the board inserted and get the “pass” result, can I display the VCCI mark on the board itself?

The board falls into an option defined in Article 5 of RULES FOR VOLUNTARY CONTROL MEASURES. You can display the VCCI mark on the board itself though.
