- In Japan, the standard power cord goes with 2-prong power plug without ground wire. Are we supposed to measure the conducted disturbance at mains ports and radiated disturbance by connecting the ground terminal of the EUT to the ground?

- If a product requires grounding, then ground it at the time of measurement. You must mention that the product was grounded in your test report.
