How to apply Reporting of selected disturbance level

1. In order to submit a report of compliance for Kit Module,
  • You must be VCCI regular member
  • You must submit Application for Participation in the Kit Module Program to VCCI to be registered.
  • Before using this system, make sure to get internal authorization of your company to use this system then submit the report you are about to apply.


2 How to use Internet Submission System
  • Access VCCI [Reporting of selected disturbance level]Members only, and go to the members section "Internet submission" and input the Password and User ID to enter. Click "Reporting of selected disturbance level" to open the form.
  • Fill all required columns and click "CONFIRM"
  • The contact person in the form will receive the confirmation email from VCCI. Open the given URL and confirm the contents. He/she can make a correction here if there are any mistakes. Click "SUBMIT" from there after making sure all contents are filled properly.
  • When VCCI side receives the filled contents, a receipt of confirmation on the contents will be returned to the email address of Certificate recipient.This is a completion of the submission.
The certificate email is as good and official as the certificate so it must be kept under the member's responsibility.
  • Make and storage of test setup configurationThere is no need to attach test setup configuration with the report when you apply after above enforcement. However, you will be asked to submit a copy of Test report in case of market sampling test or other necessary occasion so make test report and storage under your responsibility.
  • The filing must be done at least two weeks prior to putting into a market.
